Connect Claude or ChatGPT

WedKit is listed in Claude's connector directory. It works on claude.ai and in the Claude desktop and mobile apps, on every plan including free.
- Open WedKit in Claude's directory.
- Click Connect and sign in to WedKit.
- Check which wedding you're connecting and what Claude can do, then click Allow.
ChatGPT
ChatGPT adds WedKit as a custom MCP server. You may need to turn on developer mode in ChatGPT's settings first.
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins, click Add and choose “Add custom MCP server”.
- Paste the WedKit link below and choose OAuth.
- Click Allow on the WedKit page that opens.

- Moving the wedding date, turning a site feature on or off and removing a venue all ask you to confirm before anything changes.
- Seating can be undone
- Every seating change saves a restore point first. Undo it from the Seating page in your dashboard.
- Every action is logged
- You can see what the assistant did under Account, then Connected AI assistants.
- One wedding, the permissions you approved
- You pick the wedding and approve what the assistant can do on a WedKit page before it starts. Disconnect from Connected AI assistants whenever you want.
Questions
- Do I need a paid Claude plan?
- No. The WedKit connector works on every Claude plan, including free, on the web, desktop and mobile apps.
- What can the assistant see?
- Only the wedding you connected, and only within the permissions you approved: seeing your wedding, editing guests, managing RSVPs, and editing your wedding site.
- Will the changes show up on my site?
- Yes, right away. The assistant changes the same guest list and site you see in your dashboard, so there's nothing to sync.
- How do I disconnect?
- Open Account in your WedKit dashboard, find Connected AI assistants and click Disconnect. Removing WedKit inside Claude stops Claude from using it, but disconnect in WedKit too so the connection is gone on both sides.
