FAQ

Questions planners ask.

What counts as an active wedding?
Any wedding you haven't archived. Weddings archive themselves 60 days after the date, so a 15-wedding plan comfortably covers 10 to 12 weddings a year.
Do my couples pay anything?
No. Your plan covers their site, RSVPs, messages and everything else. They get their own login and never see your billing.
What happens to sites if I cancel?
Sites for upcoming weddings added at least 14 days before you cancel stay live for guests until 60 days after the date. Editing and sending pause, and the couple can pick it all back up by paying the usual one-time $49.
Can I move weddings I already run on WedKit?
Yes. Any wedding where you're an admin can be moved into your workspace. If it was already paid for, it doesn't use a slot.
Is this a CRM or invoicing tool?
No, and it won't become one. Keep HoneyBook or Dubsado for contracts and payments. WedKit handles everything guest-facing.
