Invite by email, pick their role

Add a vendor from the Vendors page with their email and what they do. Caterer, photographer, venue, florist, DJ or band each start with sensible access, and you can adjust it before the invitation goes out.

Access that fits the job

Caterers see the headcount, meal choices and dietary needs, seating and the schedule. Photographers see the headcount, guest names and the schedule. Venues and florists see the headcount, seating and the schedule. DJs and bands see the headcount and the schedule.

Always the latest numbers

Vendors read straight from the wedding. When a guest replies or changes their meal, the caterer's counts change with it, without you sending a new list.

CSV exports for their own tools

Vendors can download the guest list, meal choices, seating or schedule as a CSV, for the sections they can see.

One login for every wedding

A vendor signs in with their email and a one-time code, no password. Every wedding they're invited to, by you or anyone else on WedKit, shows up in the same list.

Their part of the run of show

Run-of-show items you share with vendors, or assign to one of them, appear in their schedule, marked “For you” when they're theirs. Email the call sheet when you want it in their inbox too.

You decide, and you can check

Guest contact details stay private unless you turn them on. Change a vendor's access or revoke it at any time, use “See what they see” to preview their view, and check when they viewed or exported something.

Access ends on its own

Vendor access closes 60 days after the wedding, so nobody keeps a guest list longer than they need it.

Do vendors pay or need an account?

No. Vendors are free and unlimited. They sign in with a code sent to their email, so there's no password to set up, and the same login works for every wedding they're invited to.

What can a caterer see?

By default, the headcount, how many guests chose each meal, dietary restrictions and notes, seating with table numbers, and the schedule. You can remove any of these, or add guest names and contact details.

When does a vendor's access end?

Automatically, 60 days after the wedding date. You can also revoke a vendor sooner from the Vendors page.

Can I change what a vendor sees?

Yes, at any time. Edit their sections from the Vendors page and the change applies on their next visit. “See what they see” shows you their view first.
