- Every moment, with who's on it
- Add each item with its time, length, place, who's responsible and notes. Multi-day weddings work too, so the rehearsal dinner and Sunday brunch sit next to the big day.
- The guest schedule drops in
- Ceremony, cocktail and reception times from the couple's wedding site show up on the timeline, marked Guests. Change a time on the site and the run of show follows, so there's only ever one ceremony time.
- Choose who sees each item
- Keep an item to your team, share it with the couple, show it to all vendors or assign it to one. Guests never see run-of-show items.
- Four views of the same day
- Switch between Everything, Team only, Vendor call sheet and Guest schedule to check the day from each side before it happens.
- Print the run sheet
- Print any view for the clipboard on the day, with the wedding name and the view at the top of the page.
- Email every vendor their call sheet
- One button emails each vendor with schedule access their own sheet: the items shared with vendors or assigned to them, plus the guest schedule, with their items marked “For you”. It goes out in English or French, in the vendor's language.
- Vendors always see the latest times
- Vendors sign in to their free vendor portal to see their part of the schedule, so a time change reaches them without another round of emails.
- Start the next wedding from a template
- On Planner and Studio, save a run of show as a template and reuse it. Items keep their place relative to the wedding day.

Questions about the run of show.
- Can the couple see the run of show?
- Yes, the parts you share with them. New items are shared with the couple by default, and you can keep any item to your team. Team-only items never show up on the couple's side.
- Do vendors need to pay or make an account?
- No. Vendors are free and unlimited. Invite them from the Vendors page with access to the schedule, and they sign in to the vendor portal with a code sent to their email.
- Is the run of show included with Pay per wedding?
- Yes. Every wedding in a planner workspace has a run of show, including the $49 per-wedding option. Run-of-show templates come with Planner and Studio.
- What happens when a time changes?
- Edit the item and the vendor portal shows the new time right away. If you want everyone to have it in their inbox too, send the call sheet again.
