Can a couple already on WedKit join my workspace?

Yes. Any wedding where you're an admin can be moved into your workspace. If the couple already paid for it, it doesn't use a slot on your plan.

What happens to the couple's site after the wedding?

You choose. Give the wedding to the couple for free and it becomes theirs, with their site and login. Or archive it and the site stays up for guests for a year.

Can my assistants see every couple?

No. Assistants only see the weddings they're assigned to. Owners and planners see every wedding in the workspace.

Your clients in, everything else private.

Invite the couple in one step: Add each partner's email when you create the wedding, or later from Access & Permissions. They get an invitation in English or French and their own login to that one wedding.
The same site and guest list, live: Couples work on their wedding site, guest list, RSVPs and seating in the same dashboard you use. When you make a change, they see it right away.
Only their wedding: A couple sees their own wedding and nothing else. Not your billing, not your other clients, not your team-only notes. They also can't remove you from the wedding.
Switch weddings in one click: Open any wedding from your workspace and a planner bar sits at the top. Use it to jump to another client's wedding or back to all your weddings.
Your name on every site: On Planner and Studio, a “Planned by” credit with your studio name, logo and website sits in the site footer and in guest emails. On Studio, you can also hide “Made with WedKit”.
Guest replies go where you want: Choose whether replies to guest emails reach the lead planner or the couple. On Planner and Studio, they can go to your studio inbox instead.
Hand it over when the day is done: Once the wedding is over, give it to the couple for free. They keep their site and their login, and the wedding leaves your workspace.
Or archive it: Archived weddings stop counting toward your plan, and the site stays up for guests for a year. Weddings archive themselves 60 days after the date.
