- What is wedding planner software?
- Software a professional planner uses to run several weddings at once. Some tools focus on the business side, like inquiries, contracts and invoices. WedKit focuses on the guest side: each couple's website, RSVPs, meal choices, seating, guest messages, the run of show and vendor access.
- How much does WedKit cost for planners?
- The workspace is free. Pay $49 CAD per wedding, or choose Planner at $59 CAD a month (up to 15 active weddings, 2 seats) or Studio at $179 CAD a month (up to 50 active weddings, unlimited seats). Both plans start with a 14-day free trial.
- Do my couples need to pay or sign up separately?
- No. You invite them, they get their own login to their wedding, and your plan or the per-wedding payment covers it. They never see your billing or your other clients.
- Can I white-label client wedding sites?
- On Planner and Studio, sites and guest emails carry a “Planned by” credit with your studio's name, logo and website. On Studio you can also hide “Made with WedKit” and use custom domains.
- What counts as an active wedding?
- Any wedding you haven't archived. Weddings archive themselves 60 days after the date, and archived weddings stop counting toward your plan.
- Does it work outside Canada?
- Yes. Planners and couples can use WedKit anywhere. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and sites and emails work in English or French.
