Add your story, schedule and FAQs
Write your story, build your day's schedule, answer common questions and share photos, documents and registry links on your wedding site.

Everything guests read on your wedding site is edited in one place: Website Content (in your dashboard: Website Content). It has ten sections: Our Story, Language, Display, Locations, Photos, Schedule, Events, FAQ, Documents and Registry. Each one saves separately.
A section only appears on your site once it has something in it. An empty photo gallery or FAQ list simply isn't shown.
Write your story
Open Our Story
Go to Website Content (in your dashboard: Website Content) and find "Header Image & Our Story".Choose how it appears
Under "How your story appears", pick "Prose" for one flowing piece of writing, or "Timeline" for dated moments down a vertical line. Your site shows one or the other, never both. Switching doesn't delete anything, so you can try both.Write it
Add a header image. For Prose, type your story in "Our Story". You can also set a paragraph indent, a drop cap on the first letter and an optional pull quote, then click "Save Story". For Timeline, use "Add milestone" for each moment (or "Build from my story" to start from text you already wrote), then click "Save timeline".
If you turn on Timeline but haven't added any moments yet, your prose keeps showing on the site until you add one.
Build your schedule
Each schedule item has a name, a date, a start time, an optional end time, a location, a dress code and a description. The name, date and start time are required.
Add an item
In the "Wedding Schedule" section, click "Add Event" and enter the event name and date.Fill in the details
Add the start time, and an end time if you want one. Then add the location, dress code and a description, which are all optional.Put things in order
Drag items to reorder them, or use the move up and move down buttons.Save
Click "Save Schedule".
At the top of the section you can show times in "12h" or "24h", and choose the timeline markers on your site: "1, 2, 3", "Hour" or "Dot".
Events around the wedding
The "Wedding Events" section works the same way, for extras like a rehearsal dinner, a brunch or an after-party. It has its own "Section title", which becomes the heading and menu link on your site. Leave it blank to use the default.
Both sections have an "Audience" field. Leave it empty and everyone sees the item. Add tags (for example "family") and only guests with at least one matching tag will see it.
Audience filters only work when invite-code protection is on. Without a code, every guest sees every event.
Answer common questions
Add a question
In the "Frequently Asked Questions" section, click "Add FAQ".Write the answer
Type the question (up to 200 characters) and the answer (up to 2000). Each question must be different.Save
Click "Save FAQs". Drag questions to change their order.
Photos and documents
In "Photo Gallery", drag photos in or click to upload them, then add a caption and alt text if you like. Click "Save Photos" when you're done.
In "Documents", upload files your guests can download, such as a map or a shuttle schedule. New documents start as "Private". Switch a document to "Public" for guests to see it, then click "Save Documents".
Hide a section until it's ready
The "Display Options" section lists the sections of your site. Uncheck one to hide it, even if it already has content. Hidden sections also disappear from the site's navigation.
Your registry
Registry links and cash funds go in the "Registry Links" section. Use "Add Registry Link" for a store, or "Add Cash Fund (Interac e-Transfer, etc.)" to let guests send you money by Interac e-Transfer. Click "Save Registry" when you're done. The cash fund options are covered in a separate article.
