Your free trial, plan and billing

WedKit starts with a 7-day free trial, with no card needed. After that it's a single payment of $49. There are no monthly fees, and your site has no fixed expiry date.

During the trial

You get the full product while you build your site and add guests. Open Account (in your dashboard: Account) any time to see where you are. "Status" shows "Trial", "Trial Ends" gives the date, and a line below it counts the days remaining.

Paying

1. Open Account (in your dashboard: Account). Until you've paid, a button under "Access Status" takes you to checkout. Its wording changes with where you are, for example "Unlock Live Site", "Keep Collecting RSVPs" or "Upgrade Now".
2. Complete the payment on the checkout page.
3. You're brought back to your dashboard. On Account, "Status" now shows "Active".

You can pay at any point during the trial, and you don't have to wait for it to end.

When the trial ends

If the trial ends before you've paid, your guests see a page saying the wedding website is currently unavailable and asking them to contact you. They don't see why.

You can still sign in, and your guest list and settings are kept. Paying restores your site, and on "Account" the status shows "Trial Expired" until you do.

Refunds and closing your account

Your purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date you pay. To request a refund, email us at hello@wedkit.ca within that window. To close your account and delete your data, email the same address.
